Olean Man Arrested for Theft/Warrant in Salamanca Wednesday

An Olean man was arrested on a warrant after a theft reported in Salamanca Wednesday.

Salamanca Police charged 45-year-old Joseph Dempsey with Petit Larceny following a complaint.

During processing, it was found that Dempsey had an Arrest Warrant for a different count of Petit Larceny.

Dempsey was released on an appearance ticket to appear in Salamanca City Court at a later date.
