The Mt Jewett man who pled guilty to trying to photograph an 18-year-old boy in a bathroom stall and leaving a note on the vehicle of a 17-year-old boy asking for sexual contact was sentenced Monday in McKean County Courthouse.
39-year-old Junior Rainey pled guilty to Attempted Invasion of Privacy and Corruption of Minors for the crimes that occurred at Walmart in April of 2024.
Rainey was sentenced to 1 to 2 years in state prison plus 3 years of consecutive probation which the judge noted is higher than the average guideline range set by the legislature but deemed appropriate given the circumstances and was recommended given a prior offense were Rainey was convicted of Invasion of Privacy for similar behavior at a convenience store in Elk County and was ordered to register as a sex offender.
He is not eligible for early parole programs, will not have no contact with the victims and undergo additional terms.
So, like a totally sicked-out, Chuck Manson type with serious pedo tendencies. Society really doesn’t need folks like this out and about. In the immortal words of Cheech & Chong… “Bailiff….”
