Two women have been charged recently with drug deliveries at the end of a drug investigation into their sale of drugs throughout McKean County by the McKean County Drug Task Force.
Detectives arrested Tammy McMahon of Bradford and Misty Mihalko of Smethport in relation to multiple drug delivery cases.
McMahon and Mihalko were both charged with in one case with felony Delivery of a crack cocaine, Possession of a Controlled Substance and felony Use of a Communication Facility after allegedly setting up a drug sale and selling crack cocaine in exchange for cash while under the surveillance of the McKean County Drug Task Force.
In another case, McMahon is charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance.
Mihalko was also charged with selling crack cocaine and methamphetamine and is charged with Delivering Controlled Substances, Possession and Criminal Use of a Communication Facility while under surveillance by McKean County Drug Task Force Detectives.
McMahon’s bail was set at $50,000 and $10,000 respectively for the two cases and Mihalko’s bail was set at $50,000 at each case. Mihalko was previously scheduled for central court on Thursday while McMahon will appear at central court next week.
It’s such a shame what happens when people get involved in hard drugs, dealing, etc. Tammy used to be such a sweet kid years ago.
