A Bradford man was charged after an alleged drunken disturbance outside of the Police Department Friday afternoon.
City of Bradford Police charged 64-year-old Norman Quinn with public drunkenness and disorderly conduct.
The charges stem from Quinn allegedly entering the police department requesting property from the department’s evidence room. Officers explained that the item could not be retrieved immediately, prompting Quinn to loudly protest the situation outside the police station by shouting obscenities and making inappropriate gestures with his genitalia.
Quinn was remanded to the McKean County Jail on $5,000 bail.
