An Allegany man was arrested on a felony charge after allegedly driving while intoxicated on Interstate 86 in Carrollton late Friday night.
Deputies of the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office charged 53-year-old Josh G. Howard with felony DWI, Aggravated Unlicensed Operation, Operating a Motor Vehicle with a Suspended Registration and Operating an Uninsured Motor Vehicle.
Howard was processed released on an appearance ticket and is due in the Town of Carrollton Court at a later date for further proceedings.
