A Little Valley man was charged with a felony after allegedly driving while intoxicated on Route 353 Tuesday evening.
Deputies of the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office charged 45-year-old Joseph L. Phillips with felony DWI with a Previous Conviction within 10 Years and Aggravated DWI with a blood-alcohol level of.18% or More with a Prior Conviction within 10 Years.
Phillips was released with an appearance ticket and is due in the Little Valley Town Court at a later date for further proceedings.
