A Friendship man was charged with shoplifting at the Allegany Walmart Saturday afternoon.
Deputies of the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office charged 41-year-old Paul R Smith with petit larceny.
Smith was issued an appearance ticket and will return to the Town Allegany local criminal court on 11/19 for arraignment.
