A Jamestown man has been sentenced to life in prison after being convicted of running a drug trafficking organization and putting out a contract killing. In May of 2008 47 year-old Jose “Noelle” Martinez put out a murder-for-hire contract that eventually led to the death of Quincy Turner, a member of the Q-Dog drug ring, and a man he believed was working with law enforcement officers to investigate his drug organization. Martinez had previously been convicted of possession and sale of cocaine.
