Two cases challenging Pennsylvania’s School Mask Mandate will be heard in Commonwealth Court this morning.
The Court will hear arguments in the cases of Corman v. Acting Secretary, which argues that the State does not have the authority to issue a requirement that students wear masks, and J.W. et al v. Beam, which states that counties with health departments must issue their own regulations regarding masks.
Arguments in a case in Warren County seeking to force that school district to comply with mask regulations have been postponed until November 22nd.
