A Rochester man is facing charges after a police chase in Carrolton and Allegany.
According to the New York State Police, Troopers tried to pull over 38-year-old Brandon Blackshear on I-86 on March 28th. Blackshear allegedly fled from the scene, leading troopers on a pursuit through the towns of Carrolton and Allegany. During the pursuit, Blackshear allegedly threw a small bag of cocaine from his vehicle.
After apprehending Blackshear, Troopers discovered he was wanted on a Federal Warrant. He was remanded to Cattaraugus County Jail.
