An Olean man was arrested for criminal possession of stolen property, DWAI Drugs and other traffic violations.
Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s deputies arrested 53 year old Kirt D. Nice during a traffic stop on Broad Street in Salamanca. Nice was seen driving a Kia Forte that was reported stolen in Olean.
Further investigation revealed that Nice’s license had been suspended and he was impaired by drugs. Nice is being held pending arraignment.
That’s not very nice of Mr. Nice.
