Sheetz lowered their gas price to $1.776 per gallon for today only in celebration of Independence Day, and response at the Foster Brook location was so strong that for a short time this morning the lines from the pumps extended out onto Bolivar Drive.
The price began at midnight and will continue all day today or while all promotional gallons last.
No word on how many promotional gallons are available.
The price applied to regular, E85 flex fuel, unleaded 88, mid-grade, premium, ethanol free E0, and excludes diesel fuel.
