The dog owned by the Bradford man charged with animal cruelty is now thriving according to the McKean County SPCA.
Not too long after WESB’s report of the arrest of 48-year-old Robert Knell Jr., the McKean County SPCA made a Facebook post stating that the dog, Altivo, is now happy and healthy.
We have shared the post, and before-and after photos, on our own Facebook page, WESB News.
Put knell in cage.dont feed.let him lay in feces til he dies
I SECOND THAT
I am so happy that this was man was caught and hope to god if anyone ever sees this kind of abuse of an animal that they report it! Dogs are your family, if you can’t afford an animal, DON”T GET ONE! PPl are all about the cuteness of a puppy and as they get older the novelty wears off, then they don’t want the responsibility or can’t afford it. So think about things before saying yes to getting a furbaby, first off can you show unconditional love, cause that’s what they show you, & can you afford medical & everyday living for them. Just like having children! What this guy did is totally & UNACCEPTABLE and this man needs to sit in prison, not be fed!
