Motions were heard in Cattaraugus County Court Monday in the triple-murder case against a Freedom man accused of deliberately ramming his sister’s car on June 17, killing her and two children.
22-year-old Evan R. Klink has pled not guilty to a multi-count indictment with charges including murder with depraved indifference, vehicular homicide, vehicular assault and operating a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs.
