The NFL’s first round of the 2016 draft is in the books. The LA Rams selected Cal quarterback Jared Goff with the first overall pick.
The Buffalo Bills picking 19th took Clemson defensive end Shaq Lawson. Lawson, a 6’3” consensus All-American, had 12 ½ sacks for the Tigers and will probably fill an outside linebacker role for the Bills.
The Pittsburgh Steelers then chose Miami cornerback Artie Burns 25th. Burns, a member of Miami’s team too, is considered a natural bump corner.
