A Bradford Man was arrested for drunk driving after allegedly crashing into the children’s game tent at Festa Italiana Thursday night.
City of Bradford Police charged Kenneth B. Marsh with reckless endangerment, DUI and Driving on a DUI Suspended License.
The charges stem from Marsh allegedly being drunk in his vehicle in the Tops parking lot.
Marsh then allegedly woke up after an officer knocked on his window and took his foot off of the brake while the car was in drive.
The car struck barricades entering the festival area while Officers Anthony Lama and Hobie Milliron chased the vehicle on foot, shouting for pedestrians and children to get out of the way.
Tables and barricades became lodged under the vehicle causing it to finally stop at the children’s tent.
Marsh was remanded to McKean County Jail on $25,000 bail.
What an absolutely irresponsible jackass! You want to get blasted, then FINE… get blasted at home in your backyard or living room. For God’s sake man, DO NOT attempt to drive. Glad he didn’t hurt anyone.
Here’s the scary thing… HE DOESN’T CARE.
