A Hinsdale man was arrested as a fugitive in Allegany County Tuesday.
Deputies of the Allegany County Sheriff’s Office arrested 36-year-old Robert A. Richardson as a fugitive from justice based on a warrant issued from McKean County.
Richardson was held at the Allegany County Jail awaiting extradition proceedings.
