A Bradford woman was charged with trespassing after a series of alleged incidents Tuesday night.
City of Bradford police arrested 43-year-old Jesse Starr Jones after she allegedly refused to leave the Holiday Inn Express claiming her daughter was there in the hotel but there were no rooms rented out to anyone connected to her.
Officers reported that Jones seemed impaired on a controlled substance at the time of arrest.
She was released a short time later where Jones allegedly entered a random person’s car on Boylston Street and refused to leave until she was driven to BRMC.
Jones still would not get out of the vehicle even after she was driven to the hospital and Officers removed her from the car. However, the victim did not want to press charges.
Jones was warned not to trespass again and was released.
Jones shortly returned to the Holiday Inn she was forbidden to enter, causing her to be arrested for trespassing again.
Jones, who was already out on bail from a prior pending case, was remanded to McKean County Jail in lieu of $5,000 bail.
Preliminary Hearings are set in the matter.
