Pirates rookie pitcher Mike Burrows made his first start and was promptly greeted by Christian Yelich in the top of the first inning with a three-run homer.
For the Pirates, Spencer Horowitz hit his first home run of the season.
The Brewers and Pirates back at it tonight. It’s a 6-15 pregame, and you can catch it all on WESB Sports/B107 .5 FM.
