The City of Olean Department of Public Works Water Distribution Division will be relocating a hydrant tomorrow which will affect residents on the 100 and 200 blocks of East Green Street, as well as the 200 block of South Barry Street.
Water will be off beginning at 9AM Wednesday and expected to be off about 3 to 4 hours.
