A Bradford man was sentenced Thursday in connection to the flare gun arson of a Bradford Township residence back in October.
Carl J. Ginnery is charged with felony arson with danger of death or injury, felony arson with intent to destroy an unoccupied building and a number of other charges.
Ginnery apologized to Bradford Township first responders for his actions.
Citing how dangerous Ginnery’s actions were, Judge Pavlock sentenced him to 9 – 24 months in state prison, 12 months of probation, and to submit a DNA sample
