A Potter County man has been indicted by a federal grand jury for drug trafficking.
The US Attorney’s office says 58-year-old David Piaquodio of Galeton sold Oxycodone pills and Fentanyl patches prescribed for him and other people covered by Medicaid and Medicare.
They say he used the money from the illegal sale of those drugs to buy and then sell heroin he bought in Williamsport.
If he is found guilty he could spend up to 40 years in federal prison.
