An Olean man accused of burglary and theft from a Lewis Run home in October has been sentenced to prison for robbing a store and assaulting a clerk.
30 year old Thomas Washington was sentenced to two to four years in state prison for throwing a can of iced tea at a female clerk at the North Union Street 7-11 before stealing $100 out of the cash register.
Washington was arraigned on charges in October in McKean County Court after allegedly stealing items totaling $1,154 in value from a Lewis Run home in July.
