An Emporium is accused of sexually assaulting a 42-year-old woman and threatening to kill and rape her 2-year-old daughter.
Police say 59-year-old Thomas Krivonyak, who is an acquaintance of the woman’s father, offered to take the woman and her daughter for a ride. He took them to a camp in Elk County, where he allegedly sexually assaulted the woman. She sustained multiple injuries.
He’s charged with felony counts of involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, sexual assault, aggravated indecent assault, terroristic threats, simple assault, indecent assault and recklessly endangering another person.
Krivonyak is in Elk County Jail in lieu of $100,000 bail.
