Someone stole a man’s pickup truck tires – right off the truck.
Police say 20-year-old Gregory Hamilton had his pickup displayed for sale outside his home in Ulysses between 10 o’clock last night and 5:45 this morning, when someone stole the four mounted tires and rims, and the spare tire that was in the truck’s bed, too.
They believe the thief was in a small, dark-colored pickup truck, possibly a Ford Ranger, with a tool box mounted at the front of its bed.
The tires are “Pro Comp” brand, size 265×75 R16, and were mounted on black “Helo” brand rims.
Anyone with pertinent information is asked to contact Coudersport-based state police.
