Cattaraugus County lawmakers have voted to send the findings from an investigation into alleged misconduct involving two former county officials to the New York State Attorney General’s Office. Two sexual harassment complaints have been filed against former county attorney Eric Firkel, who resigned his county attorney post earlier this year. The county also turned over information on harassment complaints involving former election commissioner Michael Brisky. Brisky and Firkel are both on the ballot for County Legislature in the November election.
