The man who led police on a two-state high speed chase before crashing into a house in Chautauqua County has been sentenced.
Robert Thiem was sentenced to up to four years in prison, 50 hours of community service and one thousand dollars in restitution for leading police on a high speed chase from North East in Pennsylvania into New York, ending only after crashing into a house in Mina.
