A bill in the New York State Assembly would require children tobe vaccinated against COVID-19 to attend public and private schools.
School children are already required to be vaccinated against polio, mumps, measles, diphtheria, rubella, varicella, Haemophilius influenzae type B, pertussis, tetanus, pneumococcal disease, meningococcal disease, and hepatitis B.
The bill would add the coronavirus to that list and require the state Health Commissioner to develop and supervise an immunization program for schools.
The bill would require federal approval of childhood vaccines for COVID-19 and the CDC to add the vaccine to its recommended schedule to take effect. It would allow medical exemptions but not religious exemptions.
The people better fight this.
Absolutely horse $hit.
