A Scio man was arrested on felony drug charges Friday, which would lead to his arrest in four other criminal cases across Allegany and Cattaraugus County.
New York State Police charged 46-year-old Thomas W. McCabe and 45-year-old Leah McCabe with five counts each of possession of stolen property, felony possession of methamphetamine with intent to sell and child endangerment.
Thomas and Leah were additionally charged with felony criminal mischief and felony possession of stolen property in a second offense reported in Portville in October of last year. 42-year-old Dustin J. Childs of Wellsville was issued the same charges in this crime.
In a third case, Thomas McCabe was charged with felony burglary and felony grand larceny in connection to a Wellsville burglary, reported on July 8 of last year. 30-year-old Jeremy J Burke of Wellsville was issued the same charges.
McCabe was implicated in a fourth case, charged with felony enterprise corruption in Scio reported on Jan 31, along with Childs and 21-year-old Dylan M. Perkins.
McCabe and Perkins were additionally charged with felony possession of stolen property in Bolivar from a case reported on March 26.
McCabe was held pending serval court cases.
