The Southern Tier Community Health Center Network has received a $2.4 million federal grant to support efforts to increase access to health care services. The Southern Tier organization, Universal Primary Care, is based in Olean, and provides services to Cattaraugus and Allegany counties.
Representative Nick Langworthy announced the grant, saying that the network played “an important role in providing rural and underserved populations with the quality care they deserve.”
The grant comes from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services’ Health Center Program.
