A Bradford man was arrested after allegedly chasing kids down the street with a supposed firearm and threatening to shoot them Tuesday afternoon.
Bradford City Police charged 18-year-old Franklin N. Howard Jr. with terroristic threats, simple assault, disorderly conduct and harassment.
The charges stem from Howard allegedly chasing juveniles in the area of West Corydon Street where officers allegedly found a pellet pistol, which appeared as a real pistol.
Howard was remanded to McKean County Jail in lieu of $10,000 bail, with preliminary hearings scheduled in the matter.
What a fool!
Spring checklist: Hmmm. let’s see here: 1) Called chemlawn, set out my ant traps, took the storm windows out and, oh yeah, now it’s time to run the neighborhood kids off with a pellet pistol. Come on?
