Bolivar Man Charged with Vehicle Theft

A Bolivar man was charged Sunday afternoon with a vehicle theft.

New York State Police charged 22-year-old Dylan Michael Perkins with felony grand larceny.

The charge stems from a vehicle theft initially reported on May 13.
