A Port Allegany woman was charged after an alleged drunken assault on a toddler at a Liberty Township residence.
Pennsylvania State Police charged 36-year-old Claudia Chavez with felony aggravated assault, felony strangulation and simple assault among other charges.
The charges stem from a criminal complaint of a three-year-old being assaulted by a friend of the girl’s mother.
Chavez had allegedly tripped over the girl and then proceeded to choke her until one of Chavez’s relatives punched Claudia in the face in order to get her to stop.
A witness alleged that Chavez had drank two entire bottles of vodka prior to the attack.
My God people have got to be more careful who they choose as friends. Lie down with dogs wake up with fleas.
The Bible says “an eye for an eye”. If this rule is applied, the woman, and I says that loosely, should suffer the same pain and fear that the child must have ” alleged”endured. Someone should step in and save it before some other incident! Oh yes, is this the Only time this child was injured?
Should never be around any children. Hope she doesn’t have any of her own. Needs to be spayed!
