A Friendship man was arrested on a warrant issued out of Salamanca Tuesday.
Salamanca Police arrested 47-year-old Brian Hill on an arrest warrant charging him with 3 counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child stemming from numerous complaints throughout the city that he allegedly attempted to get children into his vehicle.
Hill was processed and held pending arraignment.
Nasty person I hope they throw the book at him. How disgusting.
